1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text values stored by a browser for a website. Similar browser storage, such as local storage, can remember a setting without sending it automatically with every web request. This policy explains both because visitors should be able to understand every persistent browser value Koval uses.

Google may change technical cookie names as its service evolves. Koval will update this table if the production tag begins creating a materially different browser value.
3. Consent Mode configuration
Koval uses a basic, opt-in consent implementation. Before a choice, no Google tag is inserted into the page and no analytics request is intentionally sent. After acceptance, Consent Mode v2 grants onlyanalytics_storage. The following remain denied:
ad_storage;ad_user_data;ad_personalization.
The site also disables Google signals and ad-personalisation signals in the GA4 configuration. Koval does not use this implementation for advertising, remarketing, or cross-service personalisation.
4. Analytics events
After consent, the site may record these bounded events:
- a primary call-to-action click and its on-page location;
- the first view of the pricing and waitlist section;
- the first interaction with the waitlist form;
- a resolved Google Forms request, recorded as a lead;
- a network failure during waitlist submission;
- opening a closed FAQ answer.
Event parameters use fixed labels such as hero_primary or pricing_waitlist. They do not contain the submitted email address, optional form answers, strategy rules, exchange account data, payment data, or free text.
5. Accept, reject, or withdraw
On your first visit, choose either Accept analytics orReject analytics. Neither option is preselected. To change an earlier choice, use thePrivacy settings button in any page footer.
When you reject after previously accepting, Koval sends a denied consent update, stops recording future Koval events, and attempts to remove first-party _ga cookies for this site. Browser or provider controls may still be needed to remove storage outside the site’s reach.
You can also clear site data in your browser, block cookies, or use private-browsing controls. Clearing the Koval consent value makes the site ask again on a later visit.
6. Waitlist storage is separate
The Google Forms waitlist submission is not an analytics cookie and does not depend on accepting analytics. It is sent only when you complete the form, acknowledge the launch email, and submit it. See the Privacy Notice for the fields, purpose, retention, and rights.
